Lovers of Malaysian cuisine will be in for an
unforgettable treat as Tourism Malaysia hosts
a Food and Cultural fair in October at the Shangri-La
Hotel, Sydney.
Director of Tourism Malaysia Sydney, Mr Shahrin
Mokhtar, says the fair will be a great opportunity
to enjoy the unique atmosphere while feasting
on new and traditional Malaysian dishes, including
the very popular Laksa.
“Malaysian cuisine is for those who enjoy
a fusion of exotic Asian flavours,” says
Shahrin.
“It is a fusion symbolic
of the country itself.
“No
where in the world will one find such the unique
combination that comprise the Malaysian cuisine.
“The

contribute their individual tastes and culture
