Travel Unveils New Ports of India Packages
Whether interested in the majestic Himalayan
mountains, endless stretches of golden beaches,
towering temples, tropical rain forests, elephants
and tigers, historic trade routes, magnificent
deserts, vast empires or architectural sites
of maharajas, Picasso Travel has covered the
entire expanse of India and Nepal in its new
Ports of India packages.
According
to Virginia Chaves, Director of Global Tour
Operations for Picasso Travel, "India as
a tourist destination has been growing in every
market segment in the US. Travel agents have
been asking when we would expand our tour product
to include this destination. Developing a new
tour product can be quite an undertaking, but
the perfect opportunity arose for us through
a joint venture with Kuoni India and the result
is Ports of India by Picasso Travel. We feel
confident this new product will be a huge success-well
received by travel agents and, with Kuoni India's
impeccable delivery, by travelers having an
exceptional experience in this destination."
Ports
of India packages are available on double occupancy
basis for any arrival date from Oct. 1, 2007
through March 31, 2008 with a variety of selections,
ranging in length of stay from three days/two
nights to 17 days/16 nights. The price of the
package is all inclusive upon arrival in India.
It includes accommodations in four or five star
hotels, daily breakfast, all transfers, sightseeing
tours and excursions in air conditioned vehicles,
