AirTran gets GSA travel contracts

AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings Inc., said Thursday that the U.S. General Services Administration awarded it 119 city pair contracts for federal employee travel for the 2009 fiscal year.
The value of the contracts is estimated at more than $47 million. Last fiscal year, the GSA awarded AirTran 118 city pairs for government travel worth about $36 million, the company said. |
