he Czech Republic's main tour operators called on tourists to avoid the centre of Prague on Saturday because of a planned an extreme-right protest.
"Organised tours will not go into the centre on Saturday. We recommend the same thing to individual tourists," Czech Travel Agency Association spokesman Tomio Okamura said.
The warning primarily concerns the Jewish quarter and the Old City, said Okamura.
He added that a number of embassies had also warned their nationals about the protests and planned counter-protests.
The far-right wing Movement for Young Nationalist Democrats (MND) plan to march Saturday in the Jewish quarter of Prague, officially to protest the Czech military presence in Iraq
