st. petersburg travel centre opens in prague
Representatives of St. Petersburg city administration headed by the city governor Valentina Matvienko have opened an informational travel centre in the capital of the Czech Republic. Hence now on it will be easier for Czech citizens to learn about the beauties of St. Petersburg which might increase the number of those willing to visit the Russian northern capital.
St Petersburg governor was invited to Czech by Prague Mayor Pavel Bem. Although the visit has finished, the Petersburg theatrical season still continues in Prague. In the framework of the season there have been also organized two photo exhibitions: one is devoted to St. Petersburg and the other one displays works by St. Petersburg and Russian theatrical artists.
